Please note that by enrolling into our 1:1 tutoring program or purchasing the materials from our website, you consent to our terms and conditions
- You must notify your tutor 24 hours ahead of the class in writing should you intend to miss a class. All last-minute cancellations will be billed as a full class.
- All educational materials purchased from CELPIP TESTS website are final sale. There are no exchanges or returns of the materials.
- All educational materials are copyright and the property of CELPIP TESTS.
Classes will be booked based on your and your instructor’s mutual availability. Please remember that full charge will apply to same day, last minute cancellations, for any reason other than sickness.
A tutor will wait for 15 minutes for a student to connect to a meeting. The meeting is terminated after 15 minutes when a student is not logged in. Please note that the class could only be lengthened to accommodate late arrivals if a tutor has time available. Since classes are back to back, we do not guarantee to make up for the time lost due a student’s lateness.
